Burning to DVD with subtitles

how do I burn DVD's if I want to have the subtitles on it too? I know how to watch with subtitles on the pc, but not how to burn. I hope anybody can help me out. thnx in advance

well actually umm i have no clue but i do know how to rip a dvd with subtitles and burn it but the subtitles are penmently on you can't take them off
