How do you sample beats?
I know what it means to sample. but i want to know how.

asp explained this breifly to me...i think :sweating:

if its what i think it is then....you download a old jazz samples and put it in as he main thing through a hip hop beat and you add the claps and sare and shit :sweating:

and that beat is being sampled...

use google bruv^^^ i dont know of one beat maker on ere who samples bits of tracks so i suggest googlin it bruv.

yes, asp explained to me that if i couldnt make real music i could sample beats like jazz soul ect loop it and then put in simple kicks snares ect and it would still sound sick.....but i wouldnt be making real music...

U BREAK down a tune into peices...

u find the tempo of some of the pieces then u set them up in ur mixing table to form ur own sound with them... u trim those samples till they sound flawless when played together, and THEN u start adding the base and the snares and kicks so they fit the tune.

its a similar proccess for wen i used to make mixes for my bro....your basically doin wut asp sed...its a fairly simple process but gotta get it perfect for it to hav right effect.
