dont generalise.

Hip hop was always everywere and its music, everybody gonna do it, aint like somebdody trying to take ur culture from you.

I come from a urban backround in russia myself, and even there back in the 90's hip hop had influence, infact these days t seems people know more about hip hop when they from abroad rather than in U.S.

The accent thing is only between UK and US lol... because u guys speak the same language only differently, usually Local rap is intended for local people.

just dont spread ignorance lol, even though there are a lot of immitators right now.

edit: back on topic. that shit was wack. As most of the audios i heard from you, go back to practicing before trying something "abstract" .

i wasn't generalizing, i was speaking the truth.u all r trying to rap using english, so it sounds like shit to me.i can't understand u most of the time, and i can't feel the emotions ur trying to portray, so it sounds gay to me.

hip hop WAS born in the us, so it wasn't everywhere always.just go do some research and u'll see that it was born through the less fortunate community in nyc.

ppl are trying to imitate the us, so it is like they are stealing the culture. they all think its so cool to have shit.i think that rap is stupid in the way that they are infatuated with being poor and selling drugs.americans don't know shit about having nothing. even though a lot of americans have it the hardest in the US, i would love to see them living in africa or other areas of the world. it really isn't all that cool to idolize a drug dealer or someone who went to jail. it just shows ur ignorance even more when u idolize those ppl. so i guess what im saying is that u all are imitating rap.it was born through the less fortunate community, which probably most ppl on here have no idea what its like to live like that. after all u do have a computer and lots of free time to do something with ur life, so don't complain that u have it bad.there are a lot of ppl in the world that would love to just have a roof over their head, some clothes and food.

For some people Bestest, you're right. They do imitate the US and pretend that they're hard and think it's cool and all this shit. But not all of them do, nor are all of them complaining that they have it bad.

Aint trying to piss you off or start shit or nothin, just thought i'd say that. :sweating:

Fair enough, that ur opinion, but it dont exactly make a right, nobody forces nobody to listen to nobody.

its like being racist, just because somebody isnt ur countries native, doesnt mean that when he does come to ur country u gotta hate on him..

U still are generalisingthough , because to understand the way hip hop sounds u in two languages or accents so to speak, ud have to live in both cultures.

hip hop WAS born in the us, so it wasn't everywhere always.just go do some research and u'll see that it was born through the less fortunate community in nyc.

Ive done my hip hop research i grew up with the culture, and as i said nobody is taking NYC's spot

ppl are trying to imitate the us, so it is like they are stealing the culture. they all think its so cool to have shit.i think that rap is stupid in the way that they are infatuated with being poor and selling drugs.

i agree with u 100 percent. And

immitators are immitators. And yes some immitators in more fortunate countries need a reality check coz many of them are Gimmecky, but i hate to bring this to, US aint exactly on the most scary or grimey place. Industrial cities in russia for example make places like compton a look like a fucking playground. We've had enough reality checks with poverty to not portray the gansta image as good, drug dealers and theives are scum.

americans don't know shit about having nothing. even though a lot of americans have it the hardest in the US, i would love to see them living in africa or other areas of the world. it really isn't all that cool to idolize a drug dealer or someone who went to jail. it just shows ur ignorance even more when u idolize those ppl. so i guess what im saying is that u all are imitating rap

I absol-uta-ly agree.

as i said, SOME peoples ignorance, dont generalise. When rock was hot, there was a lot of these immitators that didnt know shit either, but that didnt mean that there isnt a solid fanbase that really knows what they hear.

.it was born through the less fortunate community, which probably most ppl on here have no idea what its like to live like that. after all u do have a computer and lots of free time to do something with ur life, so don't complain that u have it bad.there are a lot of ppl in the world that would love to just have a roof over their head, some clothes and food.

you got a bit off point but what ur saying is true. Just dont take the complainers seriously. Most of the people that really been through shit dont complain, they deal with it or completely break and fall apart.

basical what your doing is the thing "the majority coz of the minority" because of a Majority of people do something doesnt means there not a minority doing the oppisate and vice-versa, what you say is true but you word it wrong you speak as if you are talking to every person that raps and is not from us, i mean i dunno if you heard sway but that guy dont try be american, but he does explain that just coz its hard with drugs violence in amrica dont mean it aint like that other places...and you can argue all you want that if you say youve had a hard life or that the streets is rough your tryna be amrican but untill you get of your ass and visited, scotland, england, russia all these places go to the areas and then see its all nice and calm ( witch you wont ) then dont say it aint, i aint saying im an american crack baby i had good times like now i had bad times like everyone else and through the bad times i started to rap i now do it for a love/enjoyment of it nothing more and nothing less i am not trying o be american but if i mention stuff about the streets beileie me i aint lying ro trying to be american ill scan the newspaper of my town up everyday to prove this shit to you

and when your stating your oppionion dont say it to everyone coz lots of people arent doing what you think ( immitating or wannebe's ) coccoa is a immitating wannebe....but theres lots who arent

remember that

i don't think they idolize drug dealers, they more idolize the idea of making something from nothing, ie. Rap Music. people turn their hardships into songs and turn their bad into something positive, wether they talk about drugs, guns, hoes, rims, or anything, i respect it all. personally i hate rap talk about rims and bitches but some people like it. to each his own. the foundation of rap is turning the bad to good, making positive out of a negitive world.

on the subject of accents, i think to say someone sounds "shitty" or w/e due to an accent is ignorance. no offense to anyone, but hell, 'you're different, you don't sound like me, you must be inferior, let's slave you' hmmm.
