thats the way u feel, but i do agree with the part where u said making positive out of negative is part of rap, but i don't think that that is what ppl are infatuated with. i definitely think ppl like the gangster image, just look at all the popular movies like the godfather.

bestestever202005 you are a fuckin idiot, so basically you're saying ryming words with style is american culture? I think not mate, one of the earliest true wordsmith's in the sense was Shakespeare and he was? American? I think not.
By the way he added something in excess of 12 hundred words to the dictionary
so you probably use alot of his without even realising it, and england gave YOU the language you speak today which is why american hip-hop is so global, so think before you chat shit you stupid cunt.
Also that's like saying only countries who originated something can do it, america are shit at football (soccer as you cunts call it) but they still try and do it, which by the way is funny because i've heard americans say they think it's stupid UK call ''soccer'' football, yeh of course calling a game where you hit a ball ....with your feet ....football is stupid? and you call a game where you mainly throw a ball ....with your hands ...football ...sure.

Rhyming words with beats didnt originate in america. There are many cultures that had something of a kind. Africans prolly did it even earlier, but i aint got much to argue on that since i dont know.

Rhyming words live (improvising) didnt either.
even back in the the imperial russia they had a thing called "chastushka" which was a kind of moking contest in rhyme.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chastushka
Originally chastushkas were a form of folk entertainment, not intended to be performed on stage. Often they are sung in turns by a group of people. Sometimes they are used as a medium for a back-and-forth mocking contest. Improvisation is highly valued during chastuska singing, much like in hip hop culture.

im saying this, because, in this world, everything is borrowed from everybody, u cant just say something originated out of nothing, it would be rediculous.

bestestever202005 that makes no difference, loads of things originated in certain countries which are now done worldwide, also do you think you account for America? even if it did originate in America - which by the way could never be definite because there's 6 billion people in the world, how do you know someone didn't do it somehwere else first.
But even if it did YOU didn't invent it, it originated in the country you happen to live in, your no more eligable to do it than anyone is, also i'm not infatuated with the gangster image as you stated most were earlier, I like the wordplay and challenge to write decent rymes, you live once, if you spend it walking round trying to act tough your just a cunt.
