i don't understand fully. so do i have to get window blinds and then i can use the skins from that site, or is there a way to change everything from my taskbar to the start menu and all that to black without dl nething.

download window blinds.....install it.....that will come with about 10 skins auto in it......if you find any other u prefer on that site.Download them,double click on them and they install auto....then open windows blinds and select em.

personally i use the alienware one i gave u link too up there^^^^

that changes your icons,wallpaper,windows media player...everything!

plus the skins r awesome designs....theres even one skin that has a monitor included that shows on your desktop and shows:

% of cpu usage
& of memory usage
% of harddrive space

its handy man

doesn't look like i'll need ne more sites. that one u gave me has quite a few, but if u know a few off the top of ur head, then sure. i already tried a couple of them now and they aren't the greatest. its hard to read shit with them, so i just used one that came with window blinds

That's not true.
Try themexp.org instead. There you can download "visual styles", the same princip as the "original" xp skins.
You don't need any software filled with spyware & crapware that slows down your system as a muthafucka, just doubleclick on the visual style and it's "installed" and will show up on the appearence tab on the monitor properties.
The only thing you need to do is to patch your uxtheme.dll file.

Aiight, Windowblinds is the best app to use if you really need to use any app at all. Anyway^ hope your desktop's fine now :8)

windowblinds eats up a lot of power.

up to 70%, plus some video players, will have glitches and shit wen u load them.


as trapdoor suggested. - multytheme patcher.

and if u really want good skins, and wallpapers, icons etc.

i have 512 mb of ram, and firefox takes about 50% of my power. with window blinds it works to the fulllest, means if i load another programm my shit gone be slow as fuck.

unless u have like a 2gb ram, windowblinds is just a waste of operating power.

i uninstalled it last week :sleeping: .. i used it to try out them transparent vista skins. lol.
