lol i have a gb of ram,i guess the fact you was tryin to use a vista skin is why your pc was like spazzin out on memory usuage lmao...the alien ware one which uses window blinds doesnt use alot of memory at all....i fink u could get away with using it runnin 512mb...maybe depends on the type of skin??? :unsure:

yea i dunno how much ram i have but everything seems to be running fine, except for this site.

if its not one of those "seethrough" skins... the windows patch works much better, plus u dont need to register it everytime, and no need to wait extra time wen u start up ur pc. lol.

just browse for what u looking for, it has everything, for every program.



When I tried windowblinds it uses about 30mb RAM. StyleXP and such appz can use 100's of mb's, that's what I ment.
But it's still best to patch uxtheme.dll :8)

And yeah I agree, deviantart.com have loads of professional made skins, good site :happy:

load up the software,itll show u a list of available skins....on sum it'll say 'install' and notice on others it says 'download' ...click download and u got a new alienware skin....i dont belive theres another way to do it for alienware skins....
