IT'S AFTERMATH 2007 // Feb 18, 2007
This is not a joke! Aftermath's newest soldier, Bishop Lamont, is mixing musical chemicals with his labelmates Eminem & Dr. Dre to create one of the biggest Hip Hop explosions the world has seen in years!

Bishop's "The Reformation" will add a whole new meaning to a "blazing hot debut" (Aftermathmusic.com).

Eminem's fifth solo Aftermath LP will have Slim coming back so strong that you'd think it was "The Marshall Mathers LP" on crack.

Dr. Dre's "DETOX" will make your neck jerk so much that you'd need a neck-brace to keep your head from falling off! Ya'll have no idea what the good Doctor has diagnosed for those eardrums so ya'll better purchase some giant cutips because Aftermath is bringing back that classic magic!

Remember, you don't want to get overwhelmed with the storm that's coming our way. To help you prepare, there will be a crazy mix-tape called "N***** Noize" by Bishop Lamont chuuuchin' to the streets real soon. The mix-tape is hosted by DJ Skee and it's a little reminder of why Hip Hop is so great!

DR. DRE'S NEW "MUSICAL PARTNER IN CRIME"

Bishop Lamont has been hard at work lately. He's been in the studio night and day recording music in preperation for an explosive 2007 for Aftermath. Bishop's debut "The Reformation" is currently scheduled for Summer of next year, with Dr. Dre's "DETOX" following in September.

He will soon be hitting the studio with Chris Martin from Coldplay and some other respected Urban artists. No guest artists have officially been confirmed, but planned sessions with Eminem and 50 Cent are in order. Production on the anticipated LP is expected to come from Dr. Dre, Battlecat, DJ Premier, RZA, Pete Rock and others.

If you really want to have one of the most exciting rides of the year, than you need to stop playin

You should listen to My Introduction from Bishop Lamont...i didnt really like him all that much till i listened to that tape...and his album is likely to have features from Em, 50, and Dre among others

I heard rumors that Detox was finished but Dre didn't like it so he sold some beats to other artists (ie Higher-The Game, In Da Club-50 Cent) is any of this true? I know Dres a perfectionist so I wouldn't be surprised if it was.

in da club was originally for bizarre,dunno if before that it was meant for detox but i highly doubt it. :confusion:

Here's something i found on eminem online dont know if it's true but......

Okay i just read about eminem releasing a new cd called the metal realease hears wut it had to say "Mental Release is an upcoming album from rapper Eminem.

It's exected to be released in late 2007. Dr.Dre will be very involved in this project. Features include Dr.Dre, D12, Obie Trice, Royce Da 5'9, Akon & 50 Cent. Production wil come from Dr.Dre, Eminem, Swizz Beats, Akon, Mr. Porter. It is said that Eminem will bring back the old Slim Shady in his new album."
