The TRshady Forum became read-only in December 2014. The 10 year history will live on, in this archive.
Continue the discussion with the new home for the Eminem and Hip Hop discussion: HipHopShelter.com.

So does anyone know if Em has actually ever logged in here?

For threads of little importance, general chit chat and forum games. Be aware posts do not count in this section.

Maybe

Postby Emz1Soldier4Life » Mar 3rd, '07, 07:55

Maybe to a certain point, i worship the way he can write lyrics and the way he can produce and make music and i worship the feeling i get when i listen to him he is a phenomenal person a genius and actually its more like being inpsired and influenced but if you wanna call it worshipping than you can, its not gonna change anything I am not crazy like some people think when they first see me its like, they look at my screename, and dont realize that there is a completely true meaning behind my screename, and its what I have come to be and who i am today after all ive been thru in my life so far............

You degenerates never seize to amaze me.

Let me guess? you registered, with the dumbest username possible, to show us that your a bigger fan then the rest? Lmao.

IM gonna start prohibiting people use "shady, slim, 4life, eminem, 2006" in their usernames soon, hopefully it will keep u braindead groupies away.

I have done my best to not turn this forum into board with little dumb girlsobsessing of over a pop-idol. So if every thread u post and reply is gonna start shit like this i can recommend you another forum.

This thread started as a simple question- how did it change into this long drawn out discussion on groupies and obsession. This thread just started yesterday and now it's five pages? For what?! It required one of the following four simple answers: yes, no, don't know, don't care. Everybody's who's talking about being obsessed with something- you seem to have developed an obsession with a thread that isn't really that important. Just lock it if you find it that disturbing.

As far as whether she's a groupie or is obsessed- maybe she just feels and experiences things more intensely than others; maybe that's how she is in every part of her life- a lot of people are like that. So what if she named her son Marshall? I'm sure it was done for a very specific reason. If I ever have daughters I'll probably name one after a paternal grandmother I never even met and one after my mom who is deceased. That doesn't mean I'm
obsessed- it means I have love and respect for them. I don't think it matters whether you know the person or not for them to have an influence on you. I might choose to name a daughter Eleanor after Eleanor Roosevelt who was one of the original feminists- won't mean that I'm obsessed with her.

I mean we're all on here because we're Eminem fans- we comment on his life and music every day. If he didn't have an impact on each one of us we wouldn't be here.

Don't be so judgmental- with the exception of a few it seems, none of us knows each other on a truly personal level.

I wasn't trying to explain anything- just providing a different perspective. You can come out of attack mode now; you've impressed everyone with your prowess and you've certainly proved what a non- fan you are (so unlike the rest of us groupies).

I didn't say I liked them or approved of them. I was an expressing an opinion just like everyone else it just doesn't agree with the majority.
