I think it'll be either Ricky Pointing or Stephen Flemming.Lara & Graeme Smith could also motivate their teams.

ill have to say Stephen Fleming.. he got it alll

Heres wat i think abt da rest

Ricky.- fighter... but lose cool wen team in tight spot...

Smith - corky .. hardly perform .. but good leadership

Lara - captaincy suits him but his performance lacks these days

Dravid - koool and calmm..

Mahela - dissapointin performance... needs to up his stats whcih will boost team moral

hard to say.....fleming and ponting. ponting has more successful rate mainly because of his teammates' abilites. But if u only consider the ability to captain and put aside the other facts fleming stays ahead :whistle:
