I Got Sleep Problems...

Anyone got any ideas on how to get to sleep quick? It takes me 2-3 hours to fall asleep each night. I've tried warm milk, a white noise maker, listening to music, exercising before layin down. And dont say "sleeping pills". it's an obvious answer

sounds like u got INSOMNIA....see a doctor.. thats all i can think of coz i neva had that prob... i always sleep like a baby :happy:

try takin' sum Benadryl. its not technically a sleeping pill but will either make u tired or energetic depending on ur body.

i got insomnia, and i take natural pills called "Melatonin" They arent bad for you at all, i also have to force myself to wake up at, well 7 now, every day, and go under a special light that is artificial sunlight, and its supposed to reset my sleep patterns. But if you get enough sleep it just takes you a long time to fall asleep, try not watching TV or goin on the comp at all 2-3 hours before you go to bed, they get your mind stimulated whether you realise it or not. Also, try read a boring book.

That shits got the same ingredients as sleeping pills (Diphenhydramine) And can have the same, or worse, effects than sleeping pils.

Drink shot of some strong alcohol, or some beer.

easiest way possible. Sleeping pills ...etc will get u nowhere.

hmm..i had that problem where i couldn't sleep..

idk they say masturbating helps before you go to sleep cuz you get tired..and you use a lot of energy idk lmao.. :sweating: *runs*
