He doesn't look fat- I think he looks better than he has in a long time; certainly better than he did in the pictures taken when he was in court when his divorce was finalized.

And although it's generally hard to tell just by looking at anybody, especially in photos, but he doesn't exactly look drugged out or "disconnected from reality."
