well, very quickly, here's what I think:

Turntable Skills : well...skills with... turntables :sweating: lol, you know with vinyls and stuff... altho it kinda sounds like "scratch mixing"
Music Programming : not too sure, I think it may have something to do with programming synth to create sounds...
Music Sequencing: you know the main thing in FL to create your drum pattern, where you click on the little squares, that's a sequencer
Scratch Mixing : not too sure... see "turntable skills", it's the same to me, but maybe you'll specifically learn how to do scratches with vinyls :sweating:
Music Analysis : I guess you'll have to analyse different songs and/or artists
Sound Engineering : maybe it's about how to mix, with EQ, compression and stuff etc...
Keyboard Skills : skills... with a keyboard :sweating: you'll probably have some keyboard (as in "piano") lessons
Studio Recording : you'll learn how to mic instruments/voices properly and how to use hardware I guess
Promotion & Management : you'll learn tips on how to promote and manage your career idk
Genre Analysis : I guess you'll have to analyse a specific type/genre of music

if you have more specific questions, I guess I could help you more than what I just did lol
