im so confused anyway... cud sum1 explain what this vista thing is bout, cos iv been so confused lately, i think my sis has it, but i hav no idea how she got it, and neither dus she lol

Microsoft Vista is like Windows XP, Windows ME, Windows 2000.. It's basicly a new windows, but it was released this year.

vista is garbage is all im hearing
im also hearing that its almost impossible to work it right so unless you like not knowin what your doing and adding another 400 dollars to bill gates pocket.... id stick with xp or 2000 :happy:

my step mom use to work for microsoft and he checked out vista and said no thanks im stickin wit XP. if she thinks its wack imma believe her.

plus atm xp is more solid,a shit load of updates,service packs,better to stay on xp

unless you have a decent, up-to-date pc, vista is pointless for you.Plus it aint worth touching to mid 2008.

yeh im sticking with XP just the now aswell

plus i aint got no were near enough money to try get vista now, but around the end of this year ill cash in on the computer i got just before insurence runs out so its all good

I use vista in college and at work.. its much smoother and i like the way it works. but yeah u have to have a new-age computer. I love every bit of it, i love the new desctop accessories too.

Same thing was for XP though, i remember wen XP came out, not everybody had the Pentium 4 chips installed yet and normal amount of ram was 128mb... so people were like... "Omg system hog system hog"... now its next step, but its even faster.
