problem opening mixtape files

hey, this is probably a real easy problem to solve but I can't figure out how to extract the files after I download the mixtapes from the download page? Someone please help. Thank you.

You need something like winrar.
I think you can dl it on download.com

Thanks for the help. I am using winrar but i am still having problems. i cant get the actaul files extracted. it says there is an error about crc and unexpected end of archive.

I have tried again and the software is telling me it is finding a crc error. I think some of the files might be corrupt. Please help
