like it or not eminem ISNT the king of hip-hop.I could write a whole list consisting of all the real king's but i doubt it'll penetrate the heads of these braindead fans/groupies.

To be a true master of a art-form (aka hip hop) you gotta be consitent with each attempt, sorry to rain on ya day but encore was so far from consistent its un-explainable.

then to follow that up with a track like 'fack' pretty much was the nail in the coffin to consitency.

so No he Isnt the 'king of hip hop'

even when MMLP was fresh he wasnt king, what gave you that idea? because suddenly a bunch of white boys and girls ,who had before never played hip hop suddenly, had someone to look up to?

I think it all depends on what you mean by "king" if by "king" you mean the best of all time, then that's a matter of opinion and like it's been said before, I don't think anyone could be considered the best of all time...

but to me, there's no doubt Eminem was the "king" of hip hop at some point... like 50 Cent was the king of hip hop a little later... even with songs like candy shop ... to me, a "king" doesn't mean the best of all time or something like that, it's more like the guy who's the hottest at a specific moment, the one that has the most influence etc... kinda like Timbo is the king of beats these days/months, the guy is everywhere lol

anyways, who really cares
