I had this in my old PC and it worked nicely.
Before installing this u can choose what u want to change.
I don't remember exactly these choice's,
but don't choose msn stuff or something. It will slow down ur msn.

How do u get the transparency?

I installed it and all i got is just a theme change and it install a few progs that i can download seperately that run sidebars, etc.

Hmm... I think you need windowblinds for that.
Try this.
