Cant believe im answering this but here it goes........

Its just garbled words he uses to express that he is speaking in "toung" like as if he's posessed by a demon. Plus if u notice the last 3 syllables rhyme with the last 3 syllables before it!! He talks gibberish again in the freestyle Fubba U Cubba Cuba.
