that "never 2 far" song possessed my mind

lol mine too - n i prefer Infinite to SSEP as well, i love the old-school feel it has to it

lol infinite is very RAW... its one of those albums where i dont care about quality.

Plus it was amazing to hear Eminems real emotion. "It's Ok" has much more reality feel in it than any song eminem put out after that, coz after that it was just publicity hardships ranting.

Infinite is the most slept on eminem album, to me its > "MMLP" anyday.

I think he put out more emotional songs afterwards like "Haileys Song" and even though Eminem is acting out a fantasy part in "Kim" I think it's one of his best emotional performances. The beauty of Infinite is the lyrics and as you said Aspirine the rough cut feel to it. It's not really slept on though, if it is it's because it's somewhat unheard by anyone outside the eminem fan communities. But most hip-hop heads I know (Online, and in my hometown) regard it as probably his best album. I love some of the tracks on it like "Searchin" (Pity it's a collab though), Never Too Far, Infinite, It's Ok and Open Mic. But all of them are lyrically huge in terms of rhyming skills, and really hasn't been done on such a scale by EMinem or anyone really since. Sometimes the multi-syllable rhymes seem a little forced, and I think this is what DR. Dre helped him move away from, to make better songs as a whole.

CAn't get away from the fact though that the sound quality sucks, I`m not talkin about the music, just the clarity and volume. I would love for Eminem to re-release a digitally remastered version of this album, even if he didn't change anything, just to put it out in great quality. It would be awesome for the fans, and would sell millions!!

That would be great. But he will never do it, he says he sounds like Nas to much. How did people not see that this album is one of the greats. I guess the world wasn't ready for another white rapper until dre told them they was.

And i have a question. What the hell happened to Eye-Kyu? Wikipedia said that he just disappeared. I would love to listen to him.

i wud have liked eminem 2 have Eye-Kyu on one of his songs now
