Eminem's Worst Album

I've got a feeling his new album is gonna blow every1 away.

The problem with Encore is personified with "Just Lose It", okay it's a crazy off the wall single like other album openers in the past. But unlike "My Name Is", "The REal Slim Shady" and "Without Me" it doesn't have great lyrics. All the forementioned singles had excellent lyrics and metaphors and multi-syllablle rhyming. But just Lose It has a catchy little pee-wee herman thing in it, and that's it. Rain Man, My First Single and Big Weenie, all have at least one great verse, but then some of the others are really shit almost like freestyle, especially Puke, which is just plain shit. And Ass Like That, which okay he was experimenting with a mad concept of storytelling, but the lyrics weren't very good at all, at least not for Eminems standard. So, it's not hard to put it last amongst his other great albums, that is Encore's problem it's not great, which is okay, nobody keeps to that level for their whole career. But, some people are too hard on Eminem for lowering his standard, it's unrealistic to do that, and very ungreatful.

Encore is easily the worst of his but still a good album.

If only he put as much effort and atmosphere as he did in 'Mosh' into other tracks, replacing 'Big Weenie' etc, he could of created a 4th landmark album. First 3 were landmark albums, Encore was... good but could of been better.

But still had a good theme to it and a new style, he is a creative genius. Other rappers just chuck together random albums with cleshe cheesy gangster images and trakcs about money n cars, pathetic.

Can't wait for new Em album.

Encore was a cheesy album... just not album material, it was like a few good songs thrown on a cd package that would attract fans just to get money, and the mood of half the album is spoilt by LAME humor. Im sorry but a 30 year old with that kind of humor is rather distasteful and its about time to grow up somewhat not going back.

1) The Eminem Show
2) Infinite
3) Marshal Mathers LP
4) Slim Shady LP

i would also say that encore is the worst not saying its a bad album tho. i think it really couldve been a great album--take away the shitty songs that everyone has already stated and add in the bonus disc which were all good songs i thought (we as americans, love you more, ricky ticky toc) then remember that all the songs on the straight from the lab ep were suppose to be on it but oh well none of them were on it so i guess that why encore is the worst.

I'll put in order from Greatest to least of what i like from his 4 mainstream albums.

1. MArshall Mathers LP- My Favorite album of all time.
2. Eminem Show- First one I heard.
3.Encore- I thought it was good but had some dumb songs.
4. Slim Shady Lp-This was an ok album but i just like his others more.

Actually I don't think Encore was all that bad.
It's something different, that's true. And it didn't have that good lyrics as the rest of Em's albums, but it has some great songs. For example Like Toy Soldiers, Mosh and Mockingbird.
It is the worst album he has ever made, though. But it's not that bad.

The first three being so classic, that the order doesn't really matter except for personal opinion.

Encore was a giant fuck up for him. I actually really like the album though, its just when you have three albums that are damn near perfect.. Fans have high expectations.
If any one of us put out that cd, we would be told we are going somewhere with this music shit.

Worst in terms of sound quality and the fact that Eminem hadn't found his voice yet. But in terms of lyrical complexity it's probably his best.

Infinite is not as good as his next 3 albums, but it's a lot better than Encore.
