Reputation Points

How about reputation system.... If I mean people could add reputation points to other user like in this forum http://www.hiphopdefined.com/forum/ (I don't like this forum at all but I really liked its reputation system)... Reputation should be -ve as well as +ve.... one person can give reputation pt in a day..... by this way new members will come to know about the old members as well.... what do u say friends???

i wudn't rly botha to give reputation posts cause it's just a waste of time, space and ma fingers will have lost a few joules for clicking on a reputation point....useless crap....i wudn't mind having it but it's not sumin i wud also like 2 have so

this has been discussed various times and was shot down each time due to it not being fully fair. "friends" will just rep each other and stuff like that and it'll really mean nothing in the end. It's better without it.
