FLOW - Tie, both had cool flow!
STRUCTURE - Rap Midget, given for neater line length
PUNCHES - Gear-Stick Licker, both had good ones, but GSL just pinched it IMO
MULTIES - GSL, both had great multies, but GSL's were always relevant and never seemed forced
RHYMES - Tie, sweet rhymes by both battlers
VOCAB - Tie again, both had some uncommon words in there, nice.
COMPLEXITY - GSL, for making great multies and making them fit the nameplay, not many do that.
NAMEPLAY - GSL, every line was a diss to the opponent, huge props!
OTHER - GSL, sorry Rap Midget, I just thought GSL's was a bit better this time.

Great standard battle this one. Was very close on all cats, but was just the way GSL stuck to the nameplay and personals while also making it complex with multies too. Rap Midget didn't have any punches or naemplay on his opponent and it cost ya the vote man. Still very good standard of rhyming though, nice job both!
