Well I think all they need is guidance.If there's any team in need of a good coach it's WIN.They have good players but only one performs at a given day.If the likes of Chanderpaul, Sarwan, Gayle & Collymore consistently play at their best then they could be a formidable opposition.Also Jerome Taylor, Dwayne Smith, Daren Ganga & Dwayne Bravo have the potential to go down as cricketing greats if they work hard & improve their game.

Me neither.Tom Moody was a good coach but this Ballis guy must also be good otherwise they wouldn,t have hired him.I mean nowadays many ppl must want to coach SL they could be the next AUS.

Becoming India's coach can be a challenge.I heard Graham Ford is gonna be the new Indian coach.
What about Pakistan's coach, who's it gonna be? I think it should be someone who commands a lot of respect & authority.Now Woolmer might've been a good coach but he didn't have a lot of authority over the players.
