Before the end of the summer, I've promised to myself I'm going to improve my body.
Before the end of summer, I'm going to have maybe not the best, but a sick pack. And at least some arm muscle.
that and I want a tan.
And I'm going to keep my teeth white as I can.
I have my own reasons I want to do this. but I'm very determined, no more junk food for me. Today I did 250 Sit ups over a period of about 10 minutes. I realize this isn't good, but that's what I'm going to aim for, to be better.
Well now that I got that out, everyone else, do you have any summer goals?
