without d12 he would have neva made it


Em thinks of D12 as his mentors and actually was surprized that he made it first

all the members on d12 were given the option to join Shady records
but they decided that it would be best for them to make it on their own

that way D12 will get more publicity(which it desperately needs)than if it was on shadyrecords

Its just their way of proving to themselves that they are worthy to be MC's
