Em's disses were pretty dope, but they were to rappers who really aint in the same level, easy targets so to speak, accept canibus (even though i dont consider canibus to be a great, though lyrically he is good) with "can-i-bitch".
Made you look, is a fuckin great track. But, it's' more subliminal as a diss and that can be better or worse depending on your perspective. I prefer Ether, because it's such a blatant in your face fuckin punch in the teeth, he disses everything, his music, his label, his looks, everything.
Yeah, the battle with Canibus could have been a worthy back and forth, but CAn-I Bitch is a shit track, little bit funny but pretty weak in comparison to his earlier disses. And the tension never really bult up between them, because I don't think Canibus really wanted that battle. I think he's more a fan of EMinem, and felt a bit pissed off because Eminem wouldn't work with him, and the rumour of him ghostwriting LL's diss, made it worse. But, he never really wanted a full on beef. And i don't think EMinem did either, I think they both have mutual respect, despite diss tracks.
Nas vs Emine, that one could be amazing, and would be great for hip-hop, might kick some life back into it. I think Eminem made a few subliminals towards Nas too, but Nas never picked up on them.
