Sorry i listened to this a while ago and forgot to feed
Remember i'm no expert, but:

I thought the Dear Mama verse flowed pretty well. At first it seemed off beat, but the flow it had grew on me. It's still off a few times but pretty good still.

The hook sounds off beat.

Hmm, i don't see you mentioning a woman in your description, unless that's Velvet.
It seemed okay, a bit random.

Second Pac is pretty good too.
The My Name Is part is good until the chorus comes in and then it seems really off beat.

The second hook is on beat.

Overall it's okay, not brilliant, 7/10
