im not like defending the 50 of today, im just sayin that he had great music at the time Eminem signed him, which these people here and you said was a fuck up move, thats all im defending here, and now i agree hes really fuckin up big time.

oh yeah, the Slim Shady LP and Marshall Mathers LP is packed with that shit, first i was like wow this is crazy shit, now i realize that its basically nothing. and also, most of the times Eminem did that in a way which wouldnt sound bullshit, its like Eminem perfected that kind of style, the style which im not a fan off. i prefer The Eminem Show over his other albums anyway. and a bunch of songs off his old shit.

Yes Eminem went over the top with exagerated metaphors at times, i partially agree with that, but i do not condone abstract style, plus theres more hip hop out there than just "crazy" and "gangster" much more, the variety is inexhaustible.

anyway my point was, that when Eminem signed 50 cent back in 2002, it was a good move considering the material 50 was putting out and the hardwork he was doing.

Well i could compare that to signing a shitty employee, that at first works 16 hours a day like a slave then gets cocky and gives ur company a bad name. Certainly not a "good move" to sing people like these.

well alot of members on this forum, killa sayed it i remember that, i said it, so did alot of other members that arent shady/aftermath only fans, i agree he sucks now, but i just mean back when he did the re up tracks with eminen, his standard went up from what it was on the massacre, i guess it was the rise before the fall, although it wasnt a big rise, and it was a huge fall

He's only done 1 track, and it was dope, so you're wrong. if you're talking about the principle of it, than I still disagree. Game has far more of my respect than 50 has, he's a much better emcee, better lyricist, and has a greater knowledge and respect for real hip-hop.

Yes we are, and I can understand your question, because there's a hell of a lot of negativity at the moment. And It's only me and a few others tryin to balance that with some positive re-inforcement. But, we have to accept that the artists we admire and respect, are still human, and can and do make mistakes. It's just the way some of us display our disappointment that gets to me.

Yes, right now is a lot off sh*t respect to eminem, and I know the las years were not the best ones, but we are his fans and I believe that we must support him,instead of speaking shi* all along.

It was an interesting rerad, and it's probably not news, I dunno, because I don't really keep up with his personal issues. It's kind of a shame that this bitch is suing him also. I remember on the Up In Smoke TOur DVD Eminem hugging her backstage and boasting about how "My Aunt Betti" the only one in his family who stuck with him through all the shit".

Nah man, you're wrong. See, Eminem used to make lyrically respected and critically acclaimed tracks popular, he didn't need to stoop as low as the rest of the blingin cris poppin wankers like Jay-Z and co. were dong at the time. So, what's popular is not an excuse, you gotta keep your dignity intact, make music that's intelligent and make it sound good enough for a mass of people to like it. That was Eminem's greatest talent, that's waht set him apart from the rest of the great lyricists like Nas And Rakim, he could find a middle ground without selling out.

Actually Dre produced more of Encore then he did of Eminem Show

I think we can all agree that Em's career (at least with the true lyrical fans) is make or break on this next album. Don't judge him by the collabs he is doing now (like fuckin' Touchdown)

If his next album is pop rap...this forum should just shut down. Cause he won't have any real fans left, just a bunch of fuckin' little kids
