o.k so i been thinking and TMW is going through a "rebuilding" stage which could see switches in members, (hopefully not but there will be ONE by the end of this post). i also want honesty from the members...if someone dont want to be on anymore just let me know so i can sort replacements etc.

TAPES

Killa: P.O.T.P will be out sometime 3rd quarter, its been fully planned with most being produced by mart85. I also recently released Jotted notes (a project wrote in under 2 weeks) http://www.forum.trshady.com/viewtopic.php?t=33300. there will be more updates along with a single in the next month or so along with the return of tmw radio.

Asprine: Has 3 tapes in the works

"RedStar Mentality: blueprint for domination" - 18 Mixtape tracks (this mixtape is political satire oriented.
"Darker and stranger" - 12 tracks and a few skits with solely horrocore humor.

Im currently in between moving back to my home country so i kind have priorities but as soon as im back there i gets it back and going. But im still dropping tracks on the regular to keep showing up.

The Switch

Due to many reasons the decision has been made to take clarky off of tmw and bring in bar (providing he accepts) if so Welcome to the team bro.

(also If any member wants to add part to there name etc pm me the info il edit the page.

thanks for the effort u made writing all that mate, and about my tracks beng dope lol. that jess diss quite a few ppl have it on there ipods and myspace profiles lol. Ye we should make a dope tape over summer, I can get a few new beats aswell, I dont know if we want that but it would be cool, at the moment I get beats like guitar/pianno etc beats, for example:
http://files.mailboxdrive.com/mp3s/acou ... 341680.mp3
that link dusnt work nemore for me it mite for u guys i duno
I suppose asp can make them completely unique beats of his aswell, and if mart was part of the team there we would go, certainly from mid june I will be ready to go all out on the tape and singles I just hope the others are free around that time, I know tom and bar are always up for tracks.

oh ye and about the tmw logo, I very much prefer the version asp has in his logo, I dont know why I just think it combines the best of the whole image, ps did tom design the shape, just checking cos then if we used the one asp has it would remain toms design in esence. btw props tom if it was u!

about clarky ye, I dont knw exactly y he hasnt dropped much audio n dat recently I think hes jus a lil unsure and unconfident with rap, which I get all the time, half my time I feel like quiting, whats the point, why am I doing this, every1 is better than me, all that stuff, so in truth he aint a bad guy and i dnt reckon hes lazy even if he let tmw down a lil on the workload side. but ye we wana try and make sum progress so hopefully bar can help us. but importantly we need the tmw vets to get moving aswell asp, maybe and hayzi are paticularly key to us making good material.
thanks

ps if you havent already listen to that thank you music by asp its kinda amazing in my opinion, not wht u play in a club, its what I listen to at nite when im chilling wid a beer or whatever, jus got a nice warm feel to it if u get me, jus fresh music about something real and from the soul which is nice every so often and gives a balance to asp's tracks about having bodies in his basement etc haha, btw if asp u read this, I have a verse that I could potentially put on one of them psyco-type tracks, if you would ever like the feature.

thanks!!

no offence to any of the 2 of you, but that shits stupid

its like watered down rap on basic shitty techno beats..basically simple repetive meaningless lyrics and same goes for beat

it may get ya notice or play in a local area witch is all well and good but its quite sad that someone who had such complex lyrics as you (clarky) is goin to dumb it down to that stuff, witch is hardly rap or hip hop

keep making normal tracks aswell man :y:

Nah mate only just started rly, done it live but not made any cds yet.....

Nah dont know the guys, theyre the best in blackburn.

Have u got ewt of u doing that stuff u were on about bro?

yeye I have quite a few my mate has them hes making a lil video clip of it it should be done in a few weeks, the thing is i cant reli compare myself to them dudes cos I cant reli hear wht there saying, I can barely hear the syllables even lol, but its fun tho, its not exactly the same as me, the stuff i do is basically rap tempo (or double rap tempo) depends how you look at it, its basically hiphop-type instrumentals with the baseline replaced with a much more grimey one and the beats double-timed,and they used to call it jungle, now its becoming known as drum and base or dnb, its hard to get hold of the beat cos its still in the underground stage but is becoming more commerical, when I can get a copy of the beat I like, so I just rap on it, il record final love song on it lol, it works well. ps clarky ur never on msn nemore u fool oj, also ps, encase i neva sed that did u mean clarky think is sick lol!

I knew sum1 would say that, and I'd of said it myself once.

Wether you're into dance or not is your choice, just because you don't like it doesn't mean you can call it shitty. What you just watched was all freestyle, these guys are good at what they do. Working a crowd is their main objective in a club, but on this CD a lot of sick lyrics are spat. Meaningless? the meaning is to make a good cds and this is one of the most popular in blackburm. Yeah they're simple, the fast beat doesn't let ya spit long complex rhymes. Flow's gotta be perfect on these CDs. Freestyles gotta be used quickly.. No, the lyrics aren't as good as hip hops, but remember mate, this ain't hip hop.

"bullet goes back in the gun,
from the barrel to the magazine that it came from,
shooter goes back beside my waistline,
many a thought is runnin through my mind,
and rewind, homie oh my,
my girlfriend on the bed with another guy,
fuckin' in reverse with her legs spread on the bed spread, with my best friend,
What could be worse?
Take two steps back to through the bedroom door,
To the corridor that I was in before,
My ciggarettes burnt on the floor flies through the air,
To the fingertips of my right hand,
Step back walkin back to the front drive,
To get back in my car and arrive again,
If we could only rewind,
There wouldn't be anyone servin' time"

Another pressure lyric:
"Take a trip down memory lane,
I spit on the mic for the fortune and fame,
Not the torture and pain, lookin for the sunshine after the rain,
With the riots, the storms, an angel dies when a soldiers born,
Now make some noise, I don't know,
Why these ppl dont listen so I raise my voice,
WORLD KEEPS TURNIN, 2 white planes and the buildin crashes,
It falls to the floor and it burns to ashes,
Shatered dreams will leave grown men cryin,
Better believe that my faith is dyin,
Where's Jesus christ,
He said he'd be back but I'm thinkin' twice,
Wonder why your voice suffers in silence,
There's nowhere to turn so you turn to violence,
Yeah heart of gold, but I ain't stoppin you sell your soul,
Time takes it's toll and life's a bitch,
I spit lyrics on a mic tryna paint a picture.

That's 2 of pressures lyrics and sounds sick as fuck spat fast as well, 2 of the more complex lyrics. And tbh no offence like but I doubt you could write a better lyric than that.

http://www.sendspace.com/file/vbaev9 listen to that, its that 2nd lyric i mentioned at the start. After pressure, hyper freestyles. There's a lyric in there about being white and sticking to what we do best, not rap, again by pressure.

it may get ya notice or play in a local area witch is all well and good but its quite sad that someone who had such complex lyrics as you (clarky) is goin to dumb it down to that stuff, witch is hardly rap or hip hop

I know its not rap or hip hop, but it's mcing in some form. So you can't expect the lyrics fom a few lads in blackburn to compete with Nas, Rakim or Eminem can ya??? I'm not going 'dumbing' it down, I'm doing something different. Just the same way the south and west and east and north of usa have diff styles. + I'm not doin it to just get noticed, its a lot more enjoyable going round to a mates at a party, makin a cd, then having it burnt around to ppl than recordin a rap on a shitty mic alone in my room and uploadin it to a forum.

keep making normal tracks aswell man :y:
Yeah like I said I'm still gonna, it's not sumthin I can just completely get rid of.

fair enough, your opinion man, but like you mentioned the south doin there own thing, i despise what they do coz they kill the real form of the music and have no skill what so ever, and the east, west ect. of u.s use different styles but the core of it is still rap, the core of this mc'ing is techno, so to me its just dance tracks and for me there pointless but loads of people like them like you said i just aint one of them lol

i feel mcing is just mcing whatever form its in, I think some styles of music have listeners who value different aspects of the performer to differing levels i.e. on dance techno mcing ppl want hype, they want u to sound good and rhythmical and dnt reli care wht u say, but like it not impossible to spit deep deep meainful shit on fast beats, cos thats wht i do, i mean u jus half speed it init. anyway clarky do wht mcing u wana do but like ppl are saying do rap aswell cos rap gives any type of mcin a good foundation and is the central point from which all these other types of mcing spun off from! safe
