How many of you honestly think eminems career is coming to a slow end? personally i dont think hes ever going to be as good as he was....to me them drugs got to him...expecially extacy, hes been doing the drug for so long and that shit really messes up your life...anyone agree or whats to comment do ahead....ur opinions!

how do you know he's been doin extasy? extasy can fuck you up tho.. but i dont think thats whats makin him rap bad. i thinks its just all the shit hes prolly been on.. especially like the sleep meds n shit. and him hanging with his fucked up fam so much. like one of the d12 guys said he hadnt even talked to eminem in like 3 months! what has he been fuckin doin all this time?

well i dont know for sure if hes doing that stuff anymore put on the howard stern show when he maid mmlp he said he was a big time user of it, him and dre.....but yea that was when he started doing it many years ago then during his eurpean tour he popped them all the time...even has a couple songs talking about it....doesnt say hes doing it but except for one song but dont remeber the name...during the early stages of using extacy its not so bad but in the long run it fucks you up....so i mean its been awhile now and if hes been doing it just recently still im sure its messing him up...i mean his fam and everything going on in his life now prolly has him on drugs...just think about it! i dont know kind of my thery...

Ive lived long enough, and done enough drugs myself to know what they can do without listning to eminem talk about it. Some of the people that don't stop till their late 20's become completely different people.

I aint gone judge Em for it, since we all human, but its plausible that they can effect creativity and thinking for the matter.

^ agree with that thats exactly what i think is happening to ems career...drugs have taken hold of him and even if he still doesnt do them it still effects his creativity and thing for the matter...nice way to put it!

who the fuck cares? even with drugs or without he's still got that talent, he might have lost a bit of creativity but that doesn't mean he's lyrics should be sucking as bad as they are now...

He never said he does or did coke, only exstacy, pills, weed and mushrooms. I agree with your last part, I too have never believed that sleeping tablet bullshit. I just think he was too lasy and couldn't be bothered touring Europe.

I don't think drugs of any kind has stalled anyone's creativity, in my mind it has only served as a stimulant for being creative. Most drug-addicted rock stars will testify that they wrote their best material under the influence.

It may affect his speech, hand to eye coordination, and possible his memory. But, I bet rapping or writing will still be less of a problem than talking in an interview, as this was never Eminems best quality. ALthough in his early years he did show great charisma in interviews, nowadays he looks braindead.
