For you hating on this kid, fuck off and leave him alone

Typin while listenin:

Cover:
You really shoulda picked a better picture, an album cover is a preview of what to expect :sweating:
2/10

Ready For This:
Didn't like that at the start
Way too Eminem/50 Cent ripoff-y
Mart's beat's great
Lyrics are pretty good and your flow is too
I like the hook
Concept's good
7/10

Major Deal:
Don't like this
Way too south-y
Lyrics are okay some good rhymes
Flow's okay too, but i don't like the beat or hook
6/10

She Cries Herself To Sleep:
Typical subject of a song
Hook is okay nothin special
Rhymes are good once more and the flow
Some good lines in it
Not much for girl tracks though
6/10

Victims of Fame:
I like the beat a lot
I like this track a lot too, the multis and flow work on the beat
Nice lines in this
Hook is okay, you gonna get caught out for the take the whole world with me line though called an Eminem wannabe, but apart from that the hook's pretty damn good
My favourite track so far
8/10

What I'd Tell The Industry:
Wow from the intro i really like the idea of this song
Flow's good
Lyrics are good but gets a bit repetitive, though i can see that's what you were goin for so it's all good
I think this works perfect without a hook
Again you sound really really like Eminem at the end :sweating: Which can be good or bad depending on how you look at it
7/10

Please Have Mercy:
I like the hook
Same for the beat
Great rhymes
Some real good lines
Same as usual for flow
8/10

Money Money Money:
Don't like this track. At all.
4/10

Nothing to Something:
Like the Tupac intro
Hook works
Some great rhymes and lines
Flow's okay
I like the concept
8/10

Get Money (Ft. Temp):
Beat's okay, does it's job
Your flow's good but i don't like the lyrics really
I like how you changed the hook between you but i don't like the subject
Your mate's the same case; great flow an that but i don't like the subject
6/10

Things to Do:
I've used this beat
The hook's pretty good
Good rhymes again
Flow too
8/10

Infront of Me:
I like this hook too
Blends well with the beat
Same quality as usual, nothin more to say
One of my favourite tracks
9/10

Overall:
You have more skill than people are giving you, people just subconsciously judge you due to your age. I think you're pretty good at what you do. If anyone tells you to alter your voice to improve, i know how frustrating that is, as you can't change your voice yourself. Good points were that you didn't have any single track that had shit flow, and you had pretty solid concepts and rhymes. Bad points though, you sounded like Eminem several times, you sometimes sound too southy, you had a couple of crap "get money" songs (which i dislike, matter of opinion), and the cover's pretty bad too.

Favourite track:
Either Victims of Fame or Infront of Me

Least favourite track:
Either Money Money Money or Get Money

Overall i give it 8/10. Good work (IMHO) :y:

thanks kez great review. yea well i put get money tracks on their so i can attract different types of crowds. yea the cover is garbage lol :sweating: even i kno that. and my voice is obviously my major hold back. i can make it deepr my self like its naturally deeper but when i rap it gets more high pitch cuz of my emotion i put in my delivery im tryin to work on it though.

thats where you go wrong, creating music to cater peoplesbeat taste is one thing but creating concepts and changing your normal style just to get the 'lil wayne fans' intrested is silly.

Not a bad album lyric wise, but its more the style of rap i have a problem with. The south rap thing is just a big ball of shit IMHO.

to atrract different crowds use different beats, remember man a beat is like 80% of a song

i gota disagree with this, 80%? , for me the beat is 20% of the song. I don't listen to peoples albums just to listen to their instrumentals, only if their really bad.

same goes with vocals too....so you can't say that 20% is vocals, cause i'd rather listen to a bad beat than bad vocals

I don't think its very creative for ametur and upcoming music artists to make their own album cover because it will just suck anyway so you should just draw a logo or get someone esle to do your album cover.

And no offense, but I don't think this thing will work for you.

Actually, I regret my last statement. You're good. You're better than some rappers (I don't know if that statement is embellished). You should just change your rap name because all names preceded by "lil" seems a little un-original. And your voice is too high, you should just wait until you get older, I mean just listen to Obie Trice's songs when he was younger(His voice has really changed alot). Or you could just be a ghostwriter for someone with no talent at all, but has the voice. And you should have themes that don't sound like Dipset or "Three Six Mafia-ish".

yea, but honestly if im not able to make it myself and be able to say it myself im not gonna wanna do it, jus cuz i dont want no one else getitn the credit i deserve cuz ghost writters never get the credit they deserve. and my name is actually out of all teh "lil's" more relevant, cuz lil = im short, i been short my whole life (5"2) plus im young (15) and M = my first and last initial start with an M so..yea

wow.....just wow

every rapper and their brother has someone do an album cover for them

hes doing things for himself, not like 95% of rappers on here not even mixing their own songs.

to the thread starter, your not bad, keep doing what you do and take as much advice as you can
