Fast reply is definetly coming, I doubt shoutbox will.
I'd rather work on making the forum as fast and easy to use as possible, rather
then take away from it by adding an almost instant chat up top. If only
there were services out there where people could chat online to their hearts content ...

There is no fast reply mod untill the final version of this forum is released.
This version was meant to be the last, just yesterday a new version was released,
if I had installed a mod then it would have been could have been messed up by the new version.

(just to be clear though, these are latest versions of phpbb3, which isn't as big as the change we done
from phpbb2 to phpbb3).
