I don't think it's a big deal... people don't care if Eminem pronounces the N word when backing up other rappers in a song... people made a big deal when they heard Eminem saying negative about black women in an old song... to me there's a big difference between both

It's fine in a song when the lyrics were not written by yourself, that's only playing hypeman for your fellow rappers. As Mart said Foolish Pride was a lot more offensive than this, and he never said N***a in it. It's all about context, if you say oh EMinem said N***a live on stage, then people are gonna say "WTF are you serious" and get all riled about it, but when you see it in it's context, it's totally harmless. He's just doin what we all do, well I speak for myself but i`m sure a lot of us say the word when we're rapping along with our favourite rap tracks. 'Cos when I play Big Pun's "Off With His Head" I can't help but say it, it's infectious!!
