" This is a strange beef to address because it's more of a one-sided beef. Eminem has never dissed Canibus and he's only mentioned his name in the odd freestyle or one-liner. Apparently, this was enough to prompt Canibus to record the song "U Didn't Care," a sequel to the classic Eminem track "Stan". In the skit before the song, Canibus witnesses Stan driving off the bridge and he pulls over and helps him. In "U Didn't Care", Canibus takes the role of Stan and writes to Eminem. Stan is a recurring character throughout Canibus' latest album "C True Hollywood Stories" and Eminem is even pictured in the album's ad. At the moment, it is not known whether or not Eminem will respond to Canibus' diss track towards him. The other mystery is what triggered Canibus' obsession with Eminem. This is most likely a publicity stunt, similar to the beef Esham has with D-12. "

EMinem went to meet him (Before he had blown up), CAnibus asked him to call to him at some video shoot, and accused him of ghostwriting LL's diss towards CAnibus. Eminem said that he didn't and would admit it if he had. CAnibus said that he just didn't trust anyone in rap, Eminem said that eh really liked CAnibus's style and hopefully they could work together somtime. CAnibus then kinda blanked him and walked off leaving EMinem lookin like an ashole. 6 months or a year later EMinem was after hitting the bigtime and while on tour CAnibus came to hm and apologised for last time and said about maybe doing something together again. Eminem said okay that's would be cool, a couple of months down the line CAnibus sent EMinem a trrack, and Eminem said he wasn's really feeling the whole concept. Then CAnibus dropped "C True Hollywood Stories" and it had the same track now called "Fuck You", which EMinem thought sounded like a diss to him, but others were sayin it might be to LL. And that's really what started it all. You can hear it from the horses mouth below.

His name's Canibus, don't be such an EMinem fan and diss someone because Eminem had a petty beef with them. Check out his music, maybe you'll find out that CAnibus is one of the most gifted lyricists around.
