help plz on burning cds

i just burned a cd & i had this problem b4
you hear these weird ass computer robot type voices in the background also like its underwater with bubbles the song is barely audible
know what im sayin? any1 have this problem?
but on my pc the song doesnt sound like that
what the fuck is that?!! how do i stop it?

copy right protection what it sounds like.The files your tryna burn might be copy protected hence went burned to disc auto get fucked wit.If not make sure when you burn you do it at a slower speed x4 / x5 becuase too fast and it does shitty.But yer im thinking copy protection
