The track would be pointless if the last verse was recorded a while ago, the fact it's recent brings the old verses up to date with the last new verse to test himself and show that he still has it. No Apologies is the first serious emotional track since When I'm Gone, I'm sure he knows we want more so King Mathers or whatever the album will be called, he'll deliver.

I agree 100%. In the song he tells us he still has something in him and all. His voice is rather his 'new' voice too. I'm sure it's a new song and it gives me hope his new studio album will be in the same style and very dope.

how do you even know he recorded this now? what you got his phone number, do you talk to him about your fantasies for him?

yea i dont think you do, so shut up and i'm just wondering what people think.. did he record it for the reup or was it a saved track from a while back [WHICH a lot of Rappers do]

it doesnt matter when he recorded it
but if it was saved up then there better be a lot more where that came from

The first verse was a freestyle back in 02 the other too he wrote as new and he recorded it all at the same time when he was doing the abum!

Tash8 wrote:^ and you know that it wasn't recorded then how?

he just doesn't have that voice anymore, and he probably recorded this whole track in mmlp days and probably just saved it up just like a lot of rappers do.. remember in that freestyle where he spits the first verse and then also says "No apologies"

so the song might have been already done then and just released last year.

this has already been covered so why ask the same flippin question

it was a brand new song the first 2 verses were adapted from old freestyles then lengthened and reworded slightly the song was recorded at the time of the re up which was when he hadded the last verse.

before this time it was never a song,if you look around you can find a small clip which shows him freestlying one of the first 2 verses and how you work out he dont have the power in his voice anymore you a fucking voice speccialist and got a degree in it or summit ?

he has every bit a god a voice as he has always had that song isnt about having a powerful voice its a softer some just explaining a few things

just cuz someone dont use the power of their voice in every track dont mean they aint got it no more

you have to fit your voice to the mood and feel of a track to get the right sound

i can tell u dont know shit bout makin music lol

hey dumbass, i do know shit about music.

just cause we never HEARD the song before doesn't mean it wasn't made back in 2000.

just cause he spit some freestyles, doesn't mean it wasn't originally a SONG.

get your knowledge straight before you question mine.

you guys really have to stop arguing over the stupidest thing (not calling your thread dumb), but to meinem, if you have been into rap music for 25 years like you have your probaly at least 30 years old, and you really should be more mature about things than arguing with people probaly much younger than you are. but to answer your question the first verse is from a freestyle he did (rapcity) and the 2nd verses is from a song he did with proof that was unreleased, the 3rd verse/outro is the one he recently wrote, well what he wrote around the re-up time

yeah im positive
and im sure there was something saying an unreleased track, 2 of the verses are unreleased on it basically, and he just added an outro, so you can still consider that unreleased

damn why is it really important.you can tell the two verses were from tes dayz.and the last verse was new. "To see if he still has it{. The last verse is directing at himself and to people saying he fell off I mean it's pretty self explanitory. Dam

yes there was and most peeps knew about it aswell

boston i think ur pretty acurate there btw and im not against anyone else opinions im not even against tash's opinions but at the end of the day if someone thinks they're bigger than anyone else and wont accept anyone else views when they ask they shouldnt post simple as

and it seems although there are some good points brought up for it being done at an earlier time it was not a song untill it was actually created at the time of the re up the last verse was written at that time and the first 2 verses were created into proper verses from snippets of freestyles

and the article was defo genuine that was going around

either way it was a dope song and one of the best and for the record boston m8y im 37 and run my own little indi rap label and also do a little producing myself
