TRshady forum Rules Execution Problem

I got following problems in the TRshady forum....

• General News forum
  News posters never put date in the beginning of the topic title.... I'm not talking about new members here.... I talking about dedicated members and regular news posters.... if they'll keep ignoring the rules how can a new member adopt the rules...

  1. Members still keep posting topics with titles like 2 tracks, need a movie etc.
  2. Very few members add [Finished] in the beginning of the topic title after getting their request fulfilled.... even the old dedicated members ignore this rule.....

@ Global Moderators & Moderators (of respective forums): Plz don't offend but do u ever warn them or PM them about the rules they r ignoring???
@ Regular Dedicated Members: At least we can't expect ignorance of rules from you.... Moreover you all should tell the other members to follow the rules and share the burden of the moderators.... one such member is Shads and we need much more members like him
@ New Members: Plz don't ignore the rules coz everyone wants this to be a place to be as enjoyable as possible....

wait a minute there only 2 news posters on this site, who post news in shady/aftermath news section, and eminem news section and if i do say so myself we do it pretty dam nicely never mising out on big news and posting it asap and looking for it atleast twice a day, and when its posted there it doesnt need a date because the set up on the main page its aoutomatically put as the newest news

as for general news section, news posters used to post in there all the time to give all sorts of news, untill other people decided to use it as a section to bump up there posts and started double triple (and yes) quadrouple posting news to the point it was just dam stupid so i and most other news posters stoppped posting news in there and asp has given very straight forward guidlines to posting news in that section, if stupid new and old members dont follow those rules then thats there problem, dont try throw the blame on the newsposters, and if you think you can do a better job volunteer to be a news poster or start posting it in general news section yourself and youll see how many times you'll post in other threads saying "i already posted this"

and if you think back i had a system in place were people PM'd newposters news who would then post it in the right section in the right format, but no one listens, even now when tash posted eminem news in general news section for pulling him up about it i get abused from asshole members, and i really couldnt give to fucks about the rules i was just tyring to keep them in place coz there rules n i cant be arsed pulling everyone up for all the arseholes on the site to try start a E-argument coz they all think there so fucking gangsta, aint worth the pleasure they get from typing a hard ass post n having a wank over it

Hey u misunderstood me.... News Posters are doing a great job Eminem News and Site Updates & Shady / Aftermath News forum..... I was talking about General News forum..... I think a General News forum rules searching for the news u r posting should be added, at least regular news posters in the General News forum should search for the news before posting to avoid double posting.....

We do not need more mods, i warn and message many people every day. The problem is we need NEW mods.

Most mods are not here as much, since i spend about 4/5 hours at home, i can keep up with whats going on. We need to change some of the mods up.

I agree with u.... but as the members are increasing, the need of new moderators is also increasing...

im all for another newposters, incase TR takes notice its been only me and ice axe doing it for a while now

there is no G-unit news section though, coz they aint signed to shady records or aftermath , i do know that the game section is for game news coz the admin has a serperate game fan site, as for doing the same thing for g-unit youd need to see the admin

I think TR, Global Mods and Mods would make u Mod if they think u r old enough to be trusted without asking

No offense but do u think an year and making just 612 posts r enough to be a Mod.... I don't think so (TR or Global Mods may have different views ).... U r very much like me.... I'm also here for an year and have just 637 posts I think Mods should be more active (at least more active then us ) and familiar the crowd here....

For me making posts is a huge problem though, coz I'm not a expressive kinda person but open my account @ this forum like 6 times a day so, I'm a silent active member here....... but i do make each and every necessary post

i dont think becoming a mod has anything to do with the amount of posts you have, thats just stupid, being active yeh but not the amount of posts you make, i got like 10,000 + posts and 9000 of them are probably a load of shit, the rest is posting news lol

I think people are just too god damn retarded to type four numbers to signify the date in the title, cntrl+c "title" is the most primitive possible way, so maybe in a million years when gorillas find out how to make fire and hunt for dear with spears, these users will finally wise up and make a parallel step up in evolution , read the guideline to general news, and finally understand that people that read the news to actually find out that users would much more appreciate to know if the news is old or new.

And as far the mods go.. theres enough mods, i just see none of the mods I've assigned with them telling me they do actually want to be mods doing anything to organize the forum. Being a mod is not only about warnings, a moderator is a person who constructs and controls debates and gives initiative for discussion, while not letting people step over each others heads in debates.

Think about it.
