need help!

hey whats up i just recently purchased music creator 4 with hopes that it could help me do everything i need to make beats and record my rhymes over them and mix them down, but unfortinitly i think you need to have another program a (midi) it think they called it inorder to get your beats on there does any one know anything about this/ how to make beats with out a midi or a program wer you can make beats with out a midi and still record and mix and everything or if you just could tell me were and how a midi works thank you.... and if ne one knows how to make beats on music creator 4 i would be ver6y grateful thanks..

you could convert midi files into .mp3 or .wav with a midi to mp3 converter (google it or download it via bittorrent or something)

you could also use Fruity Loops Studio (does anything: opens mp3 and midi and can save as mp3 and midi) I believe you can record with it. You can make dope beats with it (check out audio stage for my beats made with Fruity Loops)

or combine programs.. Make a beat with a program and open it in a record program

if you want to make beats without a keyboard or any midi use in anyway whatsoever

you gotta download Acid Pro Studio 5, there' you can make beats just drawing notes into a digital keyboard and you can also record your vocals on it

the Acid Pro Studio 5, facilitates u with the unique expirience of one click recording, for instance

you make your beat with the digital keyboard, adding the drumming and the main melody, then you click on the red record button and you start rapping/singing, its the easiest program to use

but take notice on this, the beats will be 80% of the quality "superproducers" have, and the voice mixing is not as complete as other voice programs.

if you want to go more pro, you can do the following

download this 4 programs (garage band: you will use that to make the drum and basslines) (Reason 4: you will use this one to make the main melodies and the beat itself) (Cool Edit Pro: this will help you master your voice with excelent quality) (Acid Pro Studio 5: to finally mix the beat alongside the vocals and add any additional effect you would like to)

that proces can lead you up to something like this http://www.soundclick.com/bigaxdpro and if you keep practicing, and getting better you can sound better than that and make your beats/tracks like a Dre/Timbaland type... its all matter of practice and getting the problems

I will have to contradict Tomega in this, DO NOT download fruity loops unless you are a trained producer with enough practice to make good beats, beacuse if thats not the case, your fruity loops beats will sound like shit.
