I personally wouldn't be interested but I'm sure there are many who would be. There are sections for comedy and computer games so why not one for Rock if people are interested.

I don't think he meant for a rock section to be used to attract new people to the site, just for people here who have more musical interests than just Shady or Hip-Hop.

You wouldn't be forced to look at the section, nor would it be an integral part of the forum - you could even turn post count of for it as is done on some places on the forum already.

The first part of what you said make's no sense. I know exactly what he meant by for this section. Its not a good idea. At all. I disgaree with the ida itself, not the way its done.

Making it sound like you thought people wouldn't come here because of a rock section. I was just saying the section would not be used to promote the forum, just a place for people here who like rock too.....I though it made sense
