about the sample... well, its not bad beacuse

1.- your just begining in this, and practice makes the master
2.- quality is not a problem this days, can be fixed pretty easy
3.- its good to see you starting to post, still needs to work on it
4.- try to make verses much longer, and catch the beats flow

just need to keep practice and in matter of time, you'll be good

cant really judge this man, try get a cheap £5 mic or something and then put more into wiritng a verse and then post for better feedback lol

i could just sya something stupid like it sucks but its un-fair, your just starting out and you got the balls to post it on the site, just keep practicing and when you get a decent mic and stuff ill make sure to check it out
