*New* Big Mak & Apocalypse: "We Ain't"

Mic quality is horrible, I know.

First verse is Apocalypse... second verse is Mak

I suck at mixing so levels are probably off.

Anyway... any feedback would be appreciated...

apocolypse, flow is there but it is slipping alot and falls off beat and is simple when on beat but keep it up coz youll get there, lyrics were average, delivery needs to be more intense, prohection needs to be better but mic quality does kill it, defiantly need new mic.

Big Mak, flow is better and you seem to have a more understand of rap, delivery is better and projection is better but mic quality agains kills it, you had good lyrics some nice rhymes, but still need work on flowing delivery ect.

track shows potential, big mak (thats you right?) defiantly has potential coz i feeling the vibe of your verse just flow wasnt as tight as it should be quality and the stuff i mentioned hurts the verse but defiantly got potential.

keep practicing and you both will have those porblems sorted in no time and be puting out sick tracks :y:

note though, Big mak is a bad name, not that i have the right to judge anyone's choice of name but imo id would hold you back coz i would never check out someone called big mack, coz 1 i hate "big" or "lil" in names, and 2 Big mak is the macdonald burger and id think the guy was tryna be smart and thatd put me off, i know you shouldnt judge by names but sad fact is everyone does on some level so id try think of something better or take the Big out of it lol

nah, i just dislike names with Big or Lil in them, it doesnt reflect on the person lol

i am looking for a new mic, i know the quality takes alot away from the vocals

and i am still working on my delivery/flow

in apocalypse's defense, his verse was originally on another beat... but it sounded better here... oh well :whistle:

and i am thinking of a new name lol... i hate "big mak"... but i cant come up with anything else at the moment

first verse need a LOT of work... quality is good for bein unmastered lol..., the flow is weak, but the voice is gangsta, i like that.... lyrics are hot too... need to work on structure so flow gets better

second verse sounds a lil more pro compared to the other, this time flow hits up better, lyrics same as first verse, but I def see potential there.. still work on the structure of the rapping

and to both verses, what u need best for improving is delivery, both sounded bored on the track... but its something you shall handle easy

pretty bad song but keep practicing big mak your voice is ok if you improve your flow and energy/emotion put into your songs than i can see some crazy songs coming from you :y:
