I dont think eminem would diss soulja boy for no reason. I think he might diss Wayne for the "afraid to collab" comment. 50 has also said Wayne was whoring himself with collabs so I think that's the best possibility.

If em disses him it probably wouldn't just be him, it would be a bunch of people in pop culture, like when he dissed Britney Spears, Backstreet Boys, and Christina Aguilera. It would be one of those comedic first singles like My Name Is and Without Me, not a serious diss.
