Beatles reference in 8 Mile Road?

This is kinda pointless, but I was listening to the 8 Mile Road track and there's a part that I find interesting and I wanted to know if I was the only one who had that opinion. It's in the 3rd verse:

[...]I've got every ingredient
All I need is the courage
Like I already got to beat
All I need is the words
Got the urge
Suddenly its a surge
Suddenly a new verse of energy has occured
Time to show these free world leaders
Three in the third
I am no longer scared now
I'm free as a bird[...]


The way he says "I already got the beat all I need is the words" sounds like "Beatle", and a few lines later he says "I'm free as a bird", which is the title of a track by the Beatles, which came out around 94-95 (which is when the movie is set, but that's not really important lol). Do you think he intentionally made that wordplay? or it was just a coincidence? That would be quite a coincidence. Every time I hear that verse I always think about that lol, so I'd like to know what you think

It's most likely a coincidence, but you never know... I mean why would he shout out the beatles randomly?

yeah... "Free As A Bird" is kind of a common expression, so it could be a coincidence... But seriously, the first time I heard the track, I really thought it was a Beatles reference lol. And I thought it was a pretty cool wordplay, but when you think about it, like you said, I don't know why he would do that... only deranged people would notice it lol
