well if i read that article right, the guy that shot proof did it because proof shot the guys cousin in the face, and supposibly the guy that shot proof fired 2 shots in the air as a warning to try and get proof to back off but it didnt work so he shot proof. its completely understandable and that guy did the right thing.

the guy that got shot by proof was the cousin of the club bouncer, and he died like 3 days after proof shot him
the guy that shot proof was the club bouncer, and he shot proof like twice in the back and once in the head (or something like that) and thats not what id call "the right thing"
it wouldve been enough if he had shot him in da arm or something , thatd have made proof drop da gun too
but lets face the truth: if proof was alive hed be in jail for manslaughter, he wouldnt be part of d12 any more, no more shows, no more songs, and nobody would admire him like they do it now
so for his legacy, it was better that he got killed, but for him as a person (and for the guy that got shot by him) it was just 2 more unneccessary deaths
remember: they fought over a pool game, shouldnt end with 2 victims

But reading the article, it seems like he did the "right" thing in shooting Proof. Not that I think it was right. You should never kill another man.
