Eminem Being Sued?

I was just flippin' chanells on my TV and on the side of the screen in the Entertainment News Section it was saying Em is currently being sued over an alleged fight in 2006 that took place in Detroit. Anybody know anything about this?

(AP) A man has sued Eminem, claiming the rapper punched him two years ago while they were in the bathroom of a Detroit strip club.

The Detroit News reports Miad Jarbou of Royal Oak filed the lawsuit Thursday in Oakland County Circuit Court seeking more than $25,000 in damages. The suit claims Eminem punched him July 13, 2006, at Cheetah's On the Strip Gentlemen's Club.

A message seeking comment was left Friday by The Associated Press with an Eminem spokesman.

Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Bruce Mathers III, wasn't charged following reports of an incident at the club in 2006.

The strip club is located on Eight Mile Road, the border between Detroit and the northern suburbs made famous by Eminem's hit 2002 film "8 Mile."

He first already sued Eminem in 2006 and then withrawed the sue couple of days later.

Guess that guy isn't financially balanced.

if this is true, lol, eminem and his body guard are real assholes. Though eminem may have told the body guard to be like that. lol, eminem shouldn't get a body guard, "i protect myself with D12 shots", talkin how he doesn't need one. That would be cool if he didn't have one, then he could do more stuff like knocking people to the floor for no reason. and apparently from that, he doesn't need one. ha ha
