It's hard to write over 200 songs not including ghost writes and features and stay on top. Eminem never released a bad song until Encore. Think 3 albums, plus 4 mixtapes, plus the 50 some songs he has undergrounds from albums and mixtapes.

He's accomplished a lot, He didn't fall off. like Tash said, it's a different mind state, he chose to be the family man. Good for him.

If his next album sucks, I won't care because his career was great.

the reason i disagree with you is because he constintently wants to be one of the best of all time he constantly gets put in as one of the best off all time, and has many lines moaning about him being overlooked. to do that you got to pass the test of time and for me that includes falling of/slipping and getting back on top..all the greats have did it, but i wouldnt say any have slipped or fell as bad as eminem has right now, then again i wouldnt say any of them have the potential to change hip hop as much as eminem has and still could, i also would say none reached the overall career level of eminem.

i also think eminem was pissed at losing his perfect record, TSSLP, MMLP and TES all hip hop classics, and always will be, there music classics not just hip hop classics. then encore ruined his attempt and a clean sweep, woulda make me drop the head a little sswell

it means, that i hope he is goin to come back with a killer album, and hees been affliating with DJ premier, royce and masta ace so thats looking very likely. but he might not and he could just fall off and get forgot about. i hope he comes back and releases a couple more albums with real hip hop influence and does the collabs with the greatest of all times (nas, rakim ect.) but you never know
