Well, it could be Eminem. It does sound like him imo. And it's not Eminem that disses Dre, it's Eminem being Osama and disses Dre. So it could be Eminem. Frankly, I don't care, it sucked anyway.

Anyone who is a proper fan of Eminem would know that this is not him.

Whether in character or not, he would never say that shit about Dre, about fuckin Eazy-E up the ass, etc. Not a hope in hell. The impersonation is bad, not funny, shit rapping, and just overall a bad song. Only thing that makes this sound like Eminem is that it's the type of voice he puts on for Bin Laden, and it's the kinda jokey characters he does. Eminem is always funny with his impersonations, always has a great flow, almost always has great lyrics, and is always captivating even when he's not at his best. This track has none of these qualities. And I turned it off after ten seconds.

It's definitely not him.
