The reason i think its eminem cause its something that eminem would do. Make a funny song, about a serious topic. Like in an interview he said "expose the things wrong in the world and make jokes about it". It could be him making fun of 911, as serious matter. And also, of course its not gunna sound like him if hes impersonating Bin Laden. And since this is a joke, why wouldnt he be able to make fun of dre? B
