How do you adjust screen resolution?

I've gotten used to it but its hard to use photoshop when things are stretched yamean?

Currently its set to 1024x168 but its not what I had before I formatted.. and the slider appearance tab under properties doesn't go any farther

See how the Jay sig is stretched a bit?




Edit: accidentally left slimmys name on the search bar didnt mean to..

hold ctrl and use your scroller on your mouse to zoom in or out

None of them do it.. My old screen size was bigger than 1024x768 and it wont go any higher

click on the "start" button
then go to ur configuration screen/control panel
then u click on the "personal preferences" button
then under the "personal instalation" u see u can change coler and screen resolution etc.
