do people really not know how to work out?
a picture was posted in the entertainment section of some skinny guy with a six pack.

does an undeveloped six-pack really out-weigh your skinny arms? you hear it all the time from girls. "so n so's got a six pack!!" yea cuz they're skinny as fuck. it's a six pack of the minimum necessary muscle to support yourself. so they skate free from working out cuz they have a high metabolism.
