why encore flopped

nooway, the only reason encore didnt sell like MMLP & TES was because far far far more people were downloading illegally n so on.... just like the same reason why his new 1 no matter how good it will be will still be lucky to match encore or perhaps curtain call in terms of sales, id predict 5+ mill mark, its a shame but true although a good 1st single could well help and get him well over 1 mill 1st week

Exactly right. And i think he knows what type of single to release, plus if he drops a street single, he might go close to his mmlp first week numbers, I mean, everyone wants him back. Plus he has a new market now since it's been so long since he dropped shit.

I rly doubt,eminem will sell more than 3mil at all,dunno why but after seeing,The game,50 and basicaly all of the recent rappers(not including lil wayne) sell like shit compared to 4 years ago,i doubt he'll sell more than lil wayne,lil wayne brought out like 30mixtapes or something had a single(lollipop) that hit like a bomband sold like 2 mil now,i just hope he sells atleast more than lil wayne

It did not flop. If you guys are going to keep on comparing his sales to MMLP and TES days, then he will flop on his next album, even if it's a fucking masterpiece.

I didn't read all the posts, but I loved how it was said that TES sold 20 mil, and Encore only sold 9 mil, like that's a bad thing. It didn't sell as well as his previous stuff, but to call it a flop is to call it a failure, and from a business standpoint, ain't no way in hell selling 9 mil worldwide is a flop.
